Oklahoma has suspended sophomore running back Joe Mixon for Thursday nights game at Iowa State for a team rules violation,?coach Bob Stoops said Tuesday.The school didnt specify the infraction, but in a statement released through OU, Mixon said he did not respond appropriately to parking attendants and understand and accept the consequences.According to Mixons attorney Blake Johnson, at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Mixon was given a parking citation on the University of Oklahoma campus.He was frustrated, as most of us are when we get a ticket, Johnson told The Oklahoman.
