Even when youre a fan of one specific major league baseball team, it can be difficult to keep track of all of the news that surrounds your favorite club on a daily basis. However, when youre a fantasy baseball owner and you now have to multiply that effort by 30 in order to be as up to date as possible with each and every club? Its a fools errand that borders on the impossible.Fear not! Well be here each and every Monday to give you a snapshot of whats going on in the world of baseball, with one fantasy takeaway from each of the leagues 30 teams. Think of it as your one-stop shop for the week ahead. Here are the takeaways for this week, as were halfway through August:Arizona Diamondbacks: Although Zack Greinkes return to the mound after spending time on the disabled list with an oblique injury has been less than stellar -- a 14.09 ERA in two starts -- its a different pitcher who has gotten the hook out of the Arizona rotation. Patrick Corbin (4-12, 5.58 ERA) has been moved to the bullpen, with Zack Godley taking over his starts. Manager Chip Hale did note, though, that he fully expects Corbin to be part of the teams 2017 rotation from the get-go.Atlanta Braves: Its looking unlikely that Mallex Smith will be back in a Braves uniform this season. The outfielders broken thumb simply isnt healing in a timely manner, and even if it were, theres no room in the lineup for the youngster right now anyway. Ender Inciarte, Nick Markakis and Matt Kemp pretty much have the Atlanta outfield on lockdown right now, so one-and-done fantasy owners can let Smith go. October instructional league action, followed by potential winter ball, looms for Smith.Baltimore Orioles: Steve Pearce is able to swing a bat, but still cant make any throws from the outfield. As a result, manager Buck Showalter says his hands have been tied in terms of how he uses Pearce right now. Pearce (flexor strain) can play first base, but that would mean moving Chris Davis to the outfield, and the Os manager is loath to make such a move. Baltimore was operating without a DH over the weekend, but returns home now, so one would expect Pearce in the teams DH slot at some point against Boston.Boston Red Sox: Steven Wright has been put on the 15-day disabled list with a sore shoulder. The knuckleballer got hurt last week while pinch running, and said that its just not progressing the way I thought it was going to. It just hurts, man. I dont want to go out there and throw with too much pain, because I dont want to start compensating. He expects to be back after the minimum of time missed. Clay Buchholz will continue to replace Wright in the Red Sox rotation until then.Chicago Cubs: John Lackey was cruising along Sunday night, holding the Cardinals to just four hits in 6 2/3 innings, when his right shoulder suddenly stiffened up on him. Manager Joe Maddon wasted no time in pulling his starter. He tried to talk me out of it, and I was not going to be talked out of it. Im sure hell tell you hes going to pitch his next start. Thats possible. I just dont know anything yet, Maddon said. Lackey is currently set to start Saturday in Colorado, so fantasy owners should probably sit him this week, regardless of his health.Chicago White Sox: Its all about perception. Since the All-Star break, Chris Sale has an ERA of 3.03 and a batting average against of .220. Those are actually better numbers than he posted in the first half, yet because he has gone 0-3 over those five starts, it seems as though something is wrong. After a legitimately poor start Sunday (a 5-4 loss to Miami), Sale said, I just know Im not winning games, and thats what Im supposed to do. Ive got to be better. But really, theres not a lot to be concerned about here for fantasy owners.Cincinnati Reds: Speaking of perception, at the age of 35, Brandon Phillips is getting hurt an awful lot this season, no? He fractured his left hand earlier this season, bruised his right quad this past Tuesday, and Sunday he had to leave the game early because of a knee contusion. X-rays were negative, so theres a good chance Phillips wont miss too much time, if any. After all, despite a seemingly perpetual day-to-day tag on the veteran second baseman, he has missed only 10 games all season.Cleveland Indians: Abraham Almonte has been starting regularly in the outfield for the Indians in August, and with good reason. Almonte is batting .324 this month, but fantasy owners need to be wary about relying on him come September. Because he was suspended for PED use earlier this season, Almonte cannot play for the Indians in the playoffs -- which means at some point soon, theyre going to have to get a lineup ready for October that doesnt include writing down Almontes name.Colorado Rockies: With Mark Reynolds out for four to eight weeks with a broken hamate bone, the Rockies are going to have to do a little lineup juggling the rest of the way. Ben Paulsen has been recalled from Triple-A, and the hope is that hell be able to handle the lions share of first-base duties. However, if he struggles, Ryan Raburn, Daniel Descalso and even Cristhian Adames all have been practicing with the bigger glove and each may see some time at first.Detroit Tigers: Cameron Maybin was put on the disabled list this past week with a sprained thumb, but thanks to retroactive dating, he can return to action as early as this weekend. Optimism remains, as Maybin already has been shagging flies and hopes to participate in batting practice soon. Manager Brad Ausmus doesnt expect any changes in personnel going forward. I think if it was something that we thought it was going to be season-ending, we might. I dont know if wed do it other than that. Tyler Collins should continue to get the bulk of center-field playing time until Maybin returns.Houston Astros: After getting rid of Carlos Gomez and then putting Preston Tucker on the 15-day disabled list with a shoulder injury, the Astros decided to give prospect Teoscar Hernandez a try in the outfield. Although he homered in his debut, his 3-for-12 with four strikeouts over the weekend leaves the verdict very much in flux. Meanwhile, Yulieski Gurriel, who was expected to join the team on Tuesday, may end up needing more tune-up time in the minors before getting that call. Fantasy owners may want to wait until next week to put him in their lineups.Kansas City Royals: Although theres still no set-in-stone timetable for Wade Davis (flexor strain) to return to the royals bullpen, manager Ned Yost believes it will be sometime in the next two weeks. Hes feeling better. Hes totally symptom-free, Yost said of his closer. However, dont expect the reliever to return to the Royals before departing on a rehab assignment in the minors.Los Angeles Angels: Mike Trout and Andrelton Simmons both got the day off Sunday, and perhaps that was a good thing, as their teammates started to drop like flies. First baseman Jefry Marte got hit by a pitch in the shoulder and catcher Geovany Soto got nailed on a backswing behind the plate. Both players had to leave the game, and while X-rays were negative, both are considered to be day-to-day.Los Angeles Dodgers: It was a disaster of a weekend for the Dodgers rotation. Brandon McCarthy lasted just 1 2/3 innings on Saturday and was later put on the disabled list with a hip problem. Then on Sunday, making his first start of the season, Brett Anderson allowed five runs in the first inning and sprained his wrist trying to field a grounder. Meanwhile, Rich Hills blisters continue to keep his Los Angeles debut on hold. To say this rotation is in shambles is an insult to shambles.Miami Marlins: The news from the MRI was not good. Giancarlo Stanton has a Grade 3 groin strain, and the earliest he can come back is in six weeks. Ichiro Suzuki can handle the majority of right-field action going forward, but the team may well explore adding another outfield option to the mix. Veterans Carlos Gomez, designated for assignment by the Astros, and Alex Rodriguez, released by the Yankees, are sure to be bandied about by the media and fans alike. In the meantime, Marcell Ozuna will bat cleanup for Miami.Milwaukee Brewers: After missing two-plus months with an elbow injury, Domingo Santana might be able to return to the Brewers lineup before the end of the season. However, its still going to be some time before that happens. Manager Craig Counsell reports that while Santana has been feeling fine in his rehab games, He needs at-bats. ... Hell probably need 20 to 30 at-bats. Its like spring training for him, really. That likely means at least two more weeks before a potential return.Minnesota Twins: Miguel Sano doesnt think he has anything to worry about in terms of a sore right elbow -- the same elbow that required Tommy John surgery a few years back. Hes having an MRI done Monday, just to allay the organizations fears. As manager Paul Molitor says, I want to make sure we dont put him out there and then find out there may be something we arent expecting. Obviously, this could just as easily turn out to be nothing at all as it could mean a lengthy absence. Just be aware of the risk should you choose to insert Sano in your lineups this week before they lock.New York Mets: If the Mets are going to make another postseason run, they should at least have a much healthier lineup with which to make the try. Jose Reyes came back from the disabled list on Saturday, jump-starting the New York offense and helping lead the team to two wins in a row. Next, Yoenis Cespedes is expected to rejoin the team on Thursday in San Francisco, with Asdrubal Cabrera following close behind.New York Yankees: Brett Gardner fouled a ball off his ankle Friday night and hasnt played since. Odds are hell be out for a few more days, not only because of the swelling, but also because it allows the Yankees to give Aaron Judge more at-bats in the outfield. First baseman Mark Teixeira is a healthy victim of the youth movement in the Bronx, ceding time to Tyler Austin. The two youngsters have combined for six hits and three home runs in their first two big league games.Oakland Athletics: The injury rundown for the As is a mixed bag of news. First, the good. Sean Doolittle (shoulder) appears to be a week away from returning to the teams bullpen. Catcher Josh Phegley (knee) is on track to rejoin the team when rosters expand on Sept. 1. Now for the not-so-good. Jed Lowrie is off to get a second opinion regarding the bunion on his left foot. Season-ending surgery seems to be the most prudent course of action, especially given Oaklands place in the standings.Philadelphia Phillies: Overall, Jerad Eickhoff has pitched well this season, with a solid if unspectacular 3.82 ERA for the season, 3.05 at home. Still, for some reason, he has consistently fallen apart completely in the sixth inning, as his batting average against soars to .410, with a 12.71 ERA in that frame. Eickhoff says its just a coincidence: Its just kind of how trends happen. Its not anything concerning for me. Thats a good sign that this wont become some sort of Mackey Sasser-esque mental block for the young pitcher to overcome.Pittsburgh Pirates: Starling Marte had to leave Saturdays game early?because of some back discomfort, and while he was originally in Sundays lineup, as first pitch approached, it became clear that the outfielder was still ailing. Back woes can linger for some time, so even if Marte does manage to make it back in the Pirates starting lineup on Monday night, his ability to finish the game is going to be more telling as to how many games hell play this week.St. Louis Cardinals: The injury to Matt Holliday that has landed the left fielder on the disabled list is by no means good news to the teams playoff chances. However, for fantasy owners who had been sitting on Cardinals players Randal Grichuk, Tommy Pham and Jeremy Hazelbaker, this may be an opportunity to get some value out of them with added at-bats. St. Louis general manager John Mozeliak says hes looking internally first to fill the Holliday void: We owe it to our fans to explore whats out there, but I do think its a great opportunity for Grichuk and Pham. ... If there is something out there that we can stomach that makes sense, we will do it. But we also feel like now these young guys get a chance to play every day, too.San Diego Padres: The Padres got caught stealing three times in their weekend series against the Mets, coming right on the heels of the Diamondbacks stealing 13 bases against New York in their previous series. Fear not! Manager Andy Green wont take his teams pedal off the gas on the basepaths: We faced them early in the season right after Billy Hamilton played here and stole a whole bunch of bases. ... Their antenna was up, and they were paying really close attention to the basepaths. The Padres are third in the majors in steals, one shy of 100. Theyll continue to give their runners the green light.San Francisco Giants: In the midst of a 6-for-13 stretch, second baseman Joe Panik is finally relaxing on the field, no longer worried that hell never feel right at the plate again. A concussion had Panik out of commission for 23 games and he struggled a bit once he did return to action on July 28. Youve been out a month, its going to take some time. Obviously you dont want that, but you just got to trust the process, Panik said over the weekend.Seattle Mariners: James Paxton has a 1.59 ERA and a .176 BAA in his past four starts, but a line drive off the elbow has had him sidelined since Aug. 7. Paxton, who still had some elbow tightness earlier last week, was able to throw a successful bullpen session on Saturday. Hes currently on track to take the mound for a start on Tuesday against the Angels. Should there be any concerns, Ariel Miranda is ready to step in at the last minute.Tampa Bay Rays: Matt Duffy, acquired from the Giants in the Matt Moore trade, is hoping to become a shortstop mainstay with his new team. Manager Kevin Cash said that Duffy would be in the lineup pretty much every day and usually hitting in the middle or the order. Brad Miller had been the teams primary shortstop this season, but he has been moved to first base. Three games in, Duffy is batting .308 for the Rays, turning two double plays and committing no errors. So far, so good.Texas Rangers: Derek Holland (shoulder) felt good after his second rehab start at Triple-A last week, throwing an extra 16 pitches in the bullpen after completing his three innings on the mound to get his pitch count up. Everything went where it needed to go, Holland said. Im very happy with it. I continued to build myself and get where I need to be. Start No. 3 is set for Monday night, and if all goes well, his next time on the mound might be back in a Rangers uniform.Toronto Blue Jays: Use him while you can? Ezequiel Carrera is due back with the Blue Jays after a weekend rehab assignment in Triple-A. Kevin Pillar (thumb) and Jose Bautista (knee) are both currently sidelined, so Carrera might not see any playing time once they return to action. However, he should be able to step in for Darrell Ceciliani, who has been holding down the fort in the outfield while batting just .125.Washington Nationals: Can Bryce Harpers neck be trusted? The right fielder missed five games with a stiff neck last week, though he was able to convince manager Dusty Baker to let him play on Sunday -- a good sign as to how well he was feeling. Still, a long flight to Denver might not be the best thing for Harpers neck. If hes in the lineup against the Rockies in the series opener, then you can put your worries behind you. If not ... here we go again? Fake Vapormax Cheap . -- Ohio States Urban Meyer has never had any issue acclimating to the biggest stages in college football. Cheap Fake Nmd . "It was nerve-wracking, but we pulled through," said Collaros, who threw four touchdown passes to lead the Toronto Argonauts (8-4) to a 33-27 win over the Calgary Stampeders (9-3) in front of 28,781 fans at McMahon Stadium. http://www.fakeyeezyscheap.com/wholesale-gazelle.html . He was followed closely by David Clarkson, donning red, seconds later. Clarksons actions one night earlier, leaping off the bench in defence of Kessel during a pre-season game against the Buffalo Sabres, will cost him the first 10 games of the regular season. Balenciaga Speed Trainer Cheap . -- Patrick Reed got an early start in golf. Yeezy Boost 350 China .
